We have a high manufacturing reliability, as the cable design is tested before production. In addition, we work with standardized work methods that ensure high quality for both new and old cable designs.
Machine
Nexans Industry Solutions has production facilities in Denmark, Poland and China. We use production equipment that contribute to a safe work environment and ensure stability in production. Our employees undergo training in using various machines such as automated cable cutters, soldering and casting machines, tensile strength tests etc.
Our processes also include re-roll of cables into customer-specific lengths with or without connectors.
On this machine alone, we re-roll approx. 10,000 cable pieces per year. Which corresponds to the distance between Viborg, Denmark and Munich, Germany.

Our advanced small cable cutter machine has multiple features to accommodate customer-specific requests.
This includes e.g. automatic pre-cut of the cable without breaking the wires and customer-specific text on the cable. All monitored by highly skilled employees and linked to our IT systems to ensure the right quality.
