This high fire performance cable is designed for indoor/outdoor installation.
Its metallic armour provides a high resistance to compression and an excellent rodent protection.
The cable characteristics are the following:
- Capacity: 2 to 24 fibers
- Tube filled with Jelly
- Metallic armouring
- Excellent rodent protection
- Flame retardant halogen free Sheath with UV resistance
- Waterproof structure up to 24 fibres
- Flame no propagation (IEC 60332-1 & NFC 32070 C2)
- Fire non propagation (IEC 60332-3 & NFC 32070 C1)
Nexans fibre cable UC LSZH can include MM62.5, MM50 and SM G652 fibres.
For MM we offer different grades of fibre to suit your application: GIGAlite, GIGAlite II, GIGAlite 3 (MM50 only) or GIGAlite 4 (MM50 only).
Installation
- Set cutter blade at 2.00 mm
- Cut at 1.5 m distance from the cable end
- Remove sheath and armour in one operation
- Cut glass yarns

- Gel filled tube containing up to 24 individually coloured fibres
- Glass yarns reinforcement
- Corrugated steel tape armour
- Flame retardant halogen free outer sheath
