Nexans fibre cable UW LSZH is designed for following installation conditions :

  • Indoor/Outdoor * cable
  • Suitable for use in ducts or in risers
  • All dielectric design
  • Fully dry
  • Flame retardant halogen free
  • Up to 24 fibres
  • Compact design

* This cable is not suitable for direct burial

Nexans fibre cable UW LSZH can include MM62.5, MM50 and SM G652 fibres.

For MM we offer different grades of fibre to suit your application: GIGAlite, GIGAlite II, GIGAlite 3 (MM50 only) or GIGAlite 4 (MM50 only).

Installation

  • Cut 10 cm of outer sheath to access the 2 ripcords embedded with FRP members
  • Use ripcords for cutting the sheath longitudinally up to 3 m

Construction

  1. Up to 24 individually coloured fibres with water swellable threads
  2. Embedded FRP strength members
  3. Flame retardant halogen free outer sheath
