Description

Characteristics & Applications

Nexans fibre cable MG LSZH/A-DQ(ZN)BH is designed for following installation conditions :

  • Indoor/Outdoor * cable
  • Suitable for use in ducts or in risers, with loops
  • All dielectric design
  • Provides a rodent resistance
  • Up to 72 fibres

* This cable is not suitable for direct burial

Nexans fibre cable MG LSZH/A-DQ(ZN)BH can include MM62.5, MM50 and SM G652 fibres.

For MM we offer different grades of fibre to suit your application: GIGAlite, GIGAlite II, GIGAlite 3 (MM50 only) or GIGAlite 4 (MM50 only).

Installation

  • Set cutter blade at 1.50 mm
  • Cut and remove the outer sheath
  • Cut the glass yarns and the central strength member (FRP)

Construction

  1. 6 gel filled tubes containing up to 12 individually coloured fibres
  2. Central FRP strength member
  3. Water swellable yarns
  4. Glass yarns reinforcement
  5. Flame retardant halogen free outer sheath
