This cable featuring a central tube can be used for duct installation by pulling.
The cable characteristics are the following:
- Tube filled with Jelly
- Suitable for use in ducts *
- Basic Rodent resistance
- Reinforcement with Glass yarns
- All dielectric design
- Low coefficient of friction
- Capacity up to 12 fibres
- Reinforced outer sheath with UV resistance
* This cable is not suitable for direct burial
Nexans fibre cable UT can include MM62.5, MM50 and SM G652 fibres.
For MM we offer different grades of fibre to suit your application: GIGAlite, GIGAlite II, GIGAlite 3 (MM50 only) or GIGAlite 4 (MM50 only).
Installation
- Set cutter blade at 1.25 mm
- Cut at 1.5 m distance from the cable end
- Remove the sheath in one operation
- Cut glass yarns

- Gel filled tube containing up to 12 individually coloured fibres
